3. SMS/Text Messaging Program Details

When you opt in to the Text to Train SMS program, you consent to receive text messages from The Garage related to gym session scheduling, booking confirmations, reminders, waitlist updates, and community announcements.

  • Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your booking activity and community updates. You may receive multiple messages per week.

  • Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply.

  • Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a one-time confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out request. After opting out, you will no longer receive text messages from us unless you re-subscribe.

  • Help: For assistance, reply HELP to any message or contact us at [YOUR EMAIL].

  • Carriers Supported: The Service is available on major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.


No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All data collected as part of the SMS opt-in process — including your mobile phone number — is used exclusively for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy and will never be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or lead generators for their own marketing purposes.
