First Turn Labs
Built to test the future in public.
From crypto-native consumer products to AI coordination tools, these projects are our way of exploring where software is going by shipping.
Thesis
We build software to pressure-test our convictions.
We use projects as probes. Each one is a practical experiment in how new infrastructure, including AI agents, blockchain primitives, and lightweight workflow software, can create real behavior change.
RoastMyWallet
A playful crypto app testing how advanced blockchain features can power fun, consumer-facing experiences.
RoastMyWallet is an experiment in making crypto more entertaining, inspectable, and culturally legible. It looks at how wallet data, onchain primitives, and proof-based features like Merkle proofs can be packaged into a product that feels fun instead of purely financial. It is part toy, part interface experiment, and part thesis test: can advanced blockchain infrastructure become invisible enough to power consumer apps that people actually enjoy using?
- Tests cutting-edge onchain and proof-based features in a consumer format
- Makes wallet behavior more social, visual, and engaging
- Explores whether crypto UX can feel playful instead of clinical

The Garage
A lightweight CRM and next-generation scheduling system for small businesses that run on relationships, not enterprise software.
The Garage is a modern operating layer for small, service-based businesses. It combines lightweight CRM, scheduling, and customer coordination into a simple system built for real-world operators, the kind still running important parts of the business through texts, paper calendars, and memory. The goal is not bloated software. It is cleaner workflows, better visibility, and a more natural way to manage time, customers, and repeat engagement.
- Built for high-trust small businesses with messy real-world workflows
- Combines scheduling, simple CRM, and communication in one place
- Focused on usability over feature bloat

Dadbot
An AI agent that lives inside group chats to turn messy conversation into real-world plans.
Dadbot is an AI coordination agent designed for the place people already make plans: the group chat. Instead of acting like a sterile assistant, it participates naturally inside ongoing conversations and helps convert vague intent into actual hangouts, logistics, and follow-through. The bigger idea is that AI should not just answer questions. It should improve group dynamics, reduce planning friction, and create more real-life interaction.
- Lives natively inside group chats
- Helps create more organic in-person hangouts
- Turns chaotic chat energy into actual planning and coordination
